Opportunities to support this year's Harvest Supper on October 5th
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to attend and/or volunteer for this year's Harvest Supper on October 5th!
Raffle baskets are a BIG part of our supper. The community members, families and supper attendees love seeing the wide array of items that get donated every year for these baskets.
This year the 6th graders will manage the baskets to support their 6th grade graduation class gift. We are asking our students and parents to support the raffle in two ways:
All students (pre-k through 6th) will be coming home with 20 raffle tickets to sell. (Check your backpacks!) 1 ticket=$1, payable in cash or via Venmo. Person does NOT need to be present to win a basket. This is a great way for students to ask community and family members to help support their school.
We are looking for donations for the baskets. These baskets are adult and family themed, with past basket themes being kitchen items, Vermont products, family game night, gardening, a night on the town, etc. Donation boxes will be outside both TPVS and WES.
Please return your sold raffle tickets and collected funds to your school’s front office by Thursday, Oct 3rd
